1. We rescrve thc right to refuse service to:
• Individuals with open or intected wounds in the treatment area.
• Those in ill health who may be contagious or at risk of harm from our services.
• Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.
• Rude, disrespectful, or disruptive individuals.
• Anyone with past issues at our salon.
2. Prices may vary by salon due to different services and products. Please check our price list beforehand if cost is a concern. No price complaints will be accepted after the service.
3. Regular manicures are not guaranteed. but wc will touch up any chips within 24 hours.
4. Complimentary repairs for gel and dip powder manicures are available within seven days. Call our front desk with the technician’s name and service date to schedule.

6. We have a no-refund policy. If you are unsatisfied, notify us during or within 48 hours of the service. If we offer a complimentary correction. it will be scheduled within five days
